Latest info I got from ZONC ...
You will need to buy both a ticket to the event for each person in your car and a corral ticket if you want to do the practice lap on the track at the end of the day (after the races are over around 5:00 p.m.).
Cost for the Saturday, Turn Z event at Infineon Raceway is $35.00 per person and the Corral Pass is $15.00.
You may either click the link below

or go the the ZONC website and click on Turn Z flyer link: "For Tickets Visit", once there you'll need to click on
"purchase online".
Turn Z should be a fabulous day with the races, the historic cars that you can see up close in the pits, the parade lap, many great ZONC cars and other Japanese cars, and ZONC is also planning on giving awards to the best cars in the corral in 6 or 7 categories. The awards will be given out just before the parade lap.

^^ You know, I just don't know regarding how the pricing works.
Per the latest information in the Z News.
Event tickets are $35/person.
You then have to purchase a corral pass ($15/car) .. the corral pass will admit you to the parking space at Turn 7 and the corral pass also allows you to go on the track for the parade lap.
So if I understand correctly .. you can go to the event (@ $35/person) .. park elsewhere (not in the ZONC corral .. and not do the parade lap)
Per the Z News .. Tickets for Turn Z will NOT be sold at the gate.

I'm not going to the event .. just passing on the information. Hopefully the weather cooperates. Wet stuff is forecast ...
