Jason, seriously, don't let them smell your desperation. You want advice on how to wheel and deal, then hold their feet close to the fire. Don't quote outrageous targets. You can go to http://www.carsdirect.com to find out what invoice is. The Z is a fantastic car, you should try not to come across as a "mooch" and ask for something that's below invoice. What I've found is that walking in with a printout from that site will help settle claims. Now remember, Stevens Creek is high-volume, so you're going to get a lot of dicks there who won't deal. That's why you'll want to wait until the end of the month, because that's when they get desperate. Also don't limit yourself to Stevens Creek. Try out Capitol; although it's owned by the same company, they compete fiercely with Stevens Creek for Number One sales every month. Remember, keep your options open, don't be unreasonable, and stay cool. You will get your baby if you play it the way I told you. Good luck!
Don't Pay MSRP... I got my car at Hayward Nissan (Although the guy i bought it from doesnt work there anymore)... try there and i also have heard good stuff about capitol Nissan as well...
