Can you believe that someone in my own parking garage stole my S2000 Antenna!!!

I pulled out of the garage and turned on my radio. No reception. I looked in the driver side view mirror and could not see the antenna. WTF! ARGH! Low life pieces of $h*T!!!!

 

Sorry to hear that Courtney... it's happened to a lot of people on this forum, some from the Bay Area at that. Seems that you can't have anything nice these days... especially within easy reach. Can't glue the antenna on, b/c someone will rip the car apart TRYING to get it off. I'm sticking with stock on this part myself.

 

Now you know why i take em off?

 

ya my fren's s2000 has gotten it stolen 3 times.... he just decided not to fix it the last time around... sucks that we have theives.

 

i find that if you put a little grease on it helps with people not steling it with there hands but makes them have to use there shirt in some cases so it depends on the thief screw up the shirt to get the antenna or leave it alone.

 

the s2k antenna fits on the the 350z??? damn i should have kept my s2k antenna on my celica when i traded it in.

 

I ordered a 2" antenna to replace the S2k antenna that got jacked. So I will do what Henry does and take it with me. Small enough to fit in my pocket.

What I can't believe is it was someone in my "secure" parking garage at my "luxury" apartment complex!

 

Yo court... u dont have to take it wit ya, just leave it inside the Z when you park it in public...

Then you'll get the guy that tries to remove it by placing his foot on your car and then pulls with all his might.... There is no real winning this one other than employing Henry's practice...

Argh! 12 days until I get my stubby antenna back. I have this ugly fishing rod antenna until then.

I am so frustrated because my car just had all my mods finally installed today and I am missing one because of some low life.
