Default recommendations for turbo-supercharger install

Hi, I am a New member. Have a 2004 350Z Touring Roadster. I live in the Orlando area (Casselberry). I am looking to upgrade my stock Z with supercharger or turbo. Want to ask for recommendations for garages you have used and been happy with service.
Also any ideas of using buying used turbo or superchargers to reduce cost.
Thanks,, Glenn

Hey glen... welcome to my350z.com.... there are many ways to go with forced induction... if your looking for more power with still being able to daily drive the car.. i say go with a supercharger... like a Vortech charger, Or if you do want turbo look into STS Rear mount turbo set up... there in tampa... and have put down some impressive numbers...Try talking to Zeebra.. on this forum.. he knows and has more info about STS....

Hope this helps you out.. Also we have a meet this saturday at the crossroads plaza off of 535 at 9pm... more then welcome to come..

Its funny how anywhere else on here and all the FI guys wouldve flamed you bad.. OZOC is soo different arent we?

Yea you have many options in boost choice. Budget and goal are your main factors.

You really only have 2 options though on installs.. especially after Michelle went through hell with Japtrix which really let me down cuz I know Roger over there and he def knows cars.

Relentless RPM does STS rear mount for $5k plus your tuning choice... they like COBB. Sound is amazing and potential is huge with very little lag and very gradual boost with no spike so very little traction loss. You will also need an electronic boost controller because the wastegate with the kit leaks.

Forged is your only other option in Atlanta. They do everything. Greddy Twins, Turbonetics Single, Vortech and Procharger.

I like the Procharger for its ease of install with no tapping the oil pan.

Default Thanks for the info and welcome

I had done a little looking online previously. and it is overwhelming. thats why I wanted recommendations for good local garages. I figured they should be able to tell me what works best if they do this for a living. Glenn

Thanks for you help. I did not check back in time to hear about the meet but I would be interested in meeting up with Z owners.

Default Thanks, I will check with Relentless RPM

I will give Relentless RPM a call. I appreciate the advice. From what I have seen online there are many garages that will install FI but not that many that do it right.
