Thinking of going wingless...
I've been thinking about getting rid of my nismo wing for a while now. It came on the car when I bought it, so the previous owner had put it on and its not really my style. I'd be willing to give it to someone if they are willing to cover the cost of having it removed and getting my rear deck redone to stock. I'm not sure of the cost, but if anyone is interested I can get a quote from my autobody shop. So I'm kinda just putting this out there to see if anyone is interested
PS: I do believe it is a replica and not an actual USDM or JDM, however the fit is very good and I get compliments on it daily.

To get your lid redone correctly, it will cast more than the the wings used resale value. To do it right, weld the holes, sand primer paint match and feather will cost several hundred. you can always do the bondo or fiberbody filler route. it will cost less but if its not done right it will look like your car has pipmles on its ***, or worse pock marks.
If get it done, make sure they block sand to finish off the filler and primer and not orbital sand. You get finner results, more control and even sanding. Orbital sanding is ONLY for prep not for finishing. Any shop worth the price does that.

see thats the thing. if someone is really interested, then I'll go get a quote from my friend/autobody shop. if not, then I'm in no rush. to be honest though, it probably wouldn't be worth it for someone to buy it from me and ship it to the mainland.
