rent is ^^^^ through the roof, but we needed a house with a yard for the dog, so if it werent for the yard we would have got a much better price. We are paying 2759 for 3bed 2bath on a pretty big plot

 

Do you mean N. Kalaheo St.? If so, you're pretty close to the ocean. 2759 for a 3/2 sounds about right for that neighborhood.

Did you ship your car via Matson or Horizon? (This will make a difference as to whether things will be taken from your car...or not. IMO)

i ended up getting it on tuesday, it came a few days early. it was shipped by matson, nothing was stolen but def a few dents and scratches

I used to live up above the airport. I miss the Big Island, I visit often. Good luck with your toy over there. I can think of some nice drives I would be taking if my Z were over there with me.
