this month... the entery is due the 14th.
The show is
• August 28 (Friday) 6pm - 10pm
• August 29 (Saturday) 10am - 10pm
• August 30 (Sunday) 10am - 5pm

This year the Admission is cheap, i think more people are gonna be popping up. Plus if more Z/G`s enter the show then it wont be a whole VIP thing goin on...

all that are applying need to turn in a current mod list and current picture. the sponsors are going to screen all the cars and only allow so many of each category. this show is also going to have exotics and old school.

I wanna enter! Anyone else thinking of entering? If so, let's enter together... Is Oahu z making an appearance? Can I roll with u guys for the show? Anyone not in Oahu z wanna roll together? We can make a team just for show and take it from there (as far as sticking together after... But mostly just to make a good showing for the show). Whose down? Pm me, let's go.

I'm down to enter, i haven't done anything to my car since HIN though so i'm sure I won't win. (altho if brandon's not entering (the GTR) and dwayne sold his car, that's like everyone who was in my class at HIN).

 

sorry bro. the main theme of the show (even on the app and website) is the GT-R and i was asked to bring it out. but you have to understand that judging for this show is totally different than the normal show, so you have just as much chance of winning as i do.

 

haha well this show is the best one.. the judges from HIN are always helping out friends of friends... this one will be fair.. Dj. Kickz your Z is smooth.. and brandons GT-R well... its a GT-R they're just plain sick .. haha

hey are you guys gonna do first second third place in each class? (nissan mild etc) like showoff used to do? or just first place like HIN does?

 

Oh that i dont know about.. i was just wondering if anyone was entering because i was thinking about it... but i believe its gonna be the same as all of the other shows because the same people are hosting it..

 

Correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I heard, this show is invitation only.
Inorder for your car to be in the show you have to be invited, I don't think it's like the others where you could just register your car in. I could be wrong. From what I was told, a few shops were given invitations to pass out.

*EDIT- I just looked at the website, and they do have a registration sheet available to enter your vehicle..... Does anybody know more info on this? Is it invite only or like every other carshow you have to register your car and pass their screening?

 

i was planning on but change my mind and hope for the december one by then i should have more stuff on my car.......but i'll go to check it out

 

i return back to oahu on the 14th....i'd like to enter the z and support both oahu z and the nismo's but iono if i'ma make the deadline on time, also any recommendations for detail shops? z's not dirty dirty, but i don't have the equipment to do a show car look type makeover.

 

you can just print the reg form online and mail it in with a pic and mod list. the committee will decide if you car will be in the show or not.



is there going to be a december one? any info on it?

 

1.I got more info today. The show is invite only, the registration form that one fills out online, is more of a back up, just incase there is not enough cars or for whatever reason people bail out

2.No December show, HIN will not happen this year in Hawaii

wow did not know that either. i wonder how you get an invitation and does that apply to the booths as well? (ie: can we still enter to be part of the competition if we are going into a booth but was not invited)

 

ya now i have alot of questions too... haha imma try e-mail them and see if i can get some answers.... or if anyone on here knows someone thats helping out with the show then maybe you can get some answers as well...
