I recently purchased a Nikon D50 and it came with the standard lens. I want to upgrade to a better more versatile lens and not sure which one to get. Any expert photographers out there who can point me to the right lens.

Etronics.com is the cheapest I have found so far and they are a legit dealer.

I mainly shoot pics of scenery, my Z, some close up shots, ect, basically what an ordinary person would shoot pictures of.

I was thinking of this lens.

If you compare the specs on the Quantary lenses, you will see that they very good lenses. They often have better focal ranges and are well priced.
