Default Z Shoot with new D40
Just picked up a Nikon D40 about a week ago. I have to say that for the price and considering this is my first dSLR, you can't beat it. I love the picture quality and there are many features I have learned and am still in the process of learning. Anyway, here are the pictures. Critiques are encouraged

Preciate it guys Any words of advice on how I could make the shots better in the future?

Just keep taking shots man! The only way you learn.

No filters and the 18-55 AF-S lens that came with the camera.
Try to get a diffusion filter. And if you can afford it a wide angle lens. <--still saving up to get one. LOL.
