If she's hot, all you need to add is some soft lighting and a big aperture. She'll take care of the rest.
If she's not so hot....you'll have to work a lot to make her look good.

2 of my friends in NYC got into photography doing exactly this. They'd find models who needed headshots on craigslist and offer to do them for free. I think girls in NYC must be pretty uninhibited, they got a lot of shots that I would not be able to post here. Didn't even have to ask!

but anyways did she.. give you any details as to what she is looking for? just headshots? fully body? nude? implied? glamour ? casual? etc.
