Trip to Disneyland
The family and I took this back in March 15th and the trip was interesting. Word to the wise.....
Pros:
*If your kids love Disney characters, they will have a blast.
*Strollers are a life saver here! They even have parking areas for strollers so you can take the kids to the attractions.
*Breathtaking scenery to look at(fake but still amazing).
*Everyone there seems to be happy
Cons:
Dont go on a weekend. If have to, expect a line while waiting for the attractions.
Dont go with kids as a photographer, only go as a father. LOL
Long lines on weekends will stop you from going on all of the attractions.
If you are going as without kids, it's better to spend your money towards California Adventure. Disney focused on kids only while California focus more on 10+ ages.
The best thing I learned in this trip was my renewed appreciation for good people. I left my $220 tripod in a restroom stall. I came back 20min later and could not find it. I was so pissed off at myself it totally ruined the day! I was so bummed if I could kick my own ***, I would. Went and checked in the lost and found...nothing. Went back tomorrow when they opened and there it was....sitting all lonely on a table.
All in all it was a good trip. If you have any questions to ask before you go, feel free to do so and I'll do what I can to help. Enjoy the pics.

There was no way I could get a clear shot here unless I was here before the park opened up.

It is tiring. But loads of fun, even without kids. I went last October after 3 days in Vegas...I don't think I have ever walked so far in a week in my entire life.
Thanks guys.
Yea, that place is amazing. You only live once, it's nice to just find out what everyone's all hootin and hollerin about. I'll go there again, but not as a father.....as a photographer and a little kid. LOL

Great pix, looks like you had a nice portion of the day for cloud cover too.
That place always brings back good memories. I can almost hear the Abominable Snowman growling when I'm looking at the Mattahorn picture.
The need to bring back "Captain E.O."

Yea, it was really cloudy when we first got in. I mean, no sun only gray skies and dark clouds but in a couple of hours the sun broke through and dame it got hot quick. I cant complain, nothing compared to the day after when we took a detour to Newport Beach. 65 degrees and the water was bout 50 degrees. So much for spring break. Booooo!
lol...you definitely have to check your age at the door. Case in point would be me and three friends in a teacup...aged 39 through 47...it was a hoot.
