Random Evo X HDR Photo
Just a random HDR photo I decided to edit from a meet we had here in Maryland a couple weeks ago. I'm not a big fan of HDR to begin with, but I was just dicking around...constructive criticism appreciated!
Yeah, there's some ghosting around the roof too. I tried to minimize it as much as I could. I usually don't do photos like this, but I thought it had a cool effect. I definitely didn't plan on taking this photo, was just really random and I decided to do a bracketed shot. You can tell, the front end of the car is somewhat out of focus, so I didn't really set up the photo.
Here's another one from the same day though, of the Nismo Z in the background:

Yeah I shot that nismo too! I LOVE it! These were taken last year at the Import Alliance meet in Baltimore.

Sorry, don't mean to hijack your thread...but in regards to your HDR: Great start. But like said previously, you need more contrast. Especially in your HDR version of the black Nismo. It looks sort of Grey and dirty from the HDR-ing. Black cars are so easy to manipulate into HDR, it's just finding a really nice background that's going to make it pop out...unlike the background it's in your picture.
Rule of thumb: imagine how the picture would turn out without the subject, in your case, the black Nismo. Would is be a dynamic picture or not? If not, then the picture with the subject will be just as unsuccessful as it would be without the subject.

Thanks VMR! Yeah, I don't normally do photo editing like this because I know that most people blow out the processing and then the photo just looks horrible. But I was just bored and messing around, felt like doing something different.
