Looks like the Amuse kit mixed with a charger front bumper and an aftermarket Z lip of some kind. The hood is also not my thing. The headlights also look a little long and thin.

Front end looks like something off of a Dodge, and if that's not a very functional hood scoop, being that far back. IMHO, of course.
