Your background/environment is blurred and the car is sharp. It gives an unrealistic tilt-shift feel.

Use a sharp background, and mask in blurred areas to mimic a shallow depth of field.

Neeko : I have modeled the car in 3ds max. It took me about 18-20 hours , but it was also my first car so average time to model should be lower , even half.
I recommend subscribing to Digital Tutors. They have the best tutorials out there. After you've completed a few you should learn everything you need to know.
