Sharif, you might want to get them to list you on their parts distributors list, many of your competitors are, like Injected Performance, Vivid Racing, GT Motorsports, etc. Just a thought.

You have turbo parts installed on the car but no turbo kit on?

I think they should have introduced this on a different level. I understand it takes awhile to come up with a final production piece, but they should have some kind of results or numbers by now. It only takes one car in order for them to showcase some actual data. In all honesty, I dont see what the hype is over this intake. Call me crazy but, the overall design, is to similar to stock. Eventhough it has velocity stacks, I dont see it distributing enough air equally to make that much of a difference over a plenum spacer. I think a design like SFR or Juns dual intake manifold setup will work better on FI cars.

It really seems like Cosworth, only makes one design when it comes to their heads and Intake manifolds. There arent any distinguishable differences between FI/NA heads and intake manifolds. To me, this is like saying, all cars are made the same, so were going to make one mold and tune it from there. Atleast with supra's, you know that purchasing a Veilside manifold, along with a 100mm throttle body, your looking at huge power levels that are not intended to be used with an na car. I just dont see how you can market a manifold for FI/NA a say you will make substantial amount of power over stock with one design

I am sure it was probably lost on one of the previous pages, but they did months of testing, and had several different designs before settling on this one. They shared the information with us, and other dealers at SEAM back in Nov.

I hear you loud and clear. People are excited about this plenum, primarily because it looks TERRIFIC. Couple that with solid power gains, and that has the makings for a great product.

As I mentioned in some of my opening posts, nobody is claiming that this plenum will make double the power of a spacer, but a modest improvement, and a very visually appealing design, may be worthwhile to some people. Sure. its not for everything, but nothing really is.

I guess what I am saying is, they're offering a all or nothing type of deal here. If you are N/A it will work, if you are F/I, it will work. But I dont see how, if their marketing this off of one design. This is the same thing with their head packages. Same drilling, same porting, same everything. I dont see how a FI head will work with an N/A. There arent any variations between the two, if you know what I mean.

In Nov at SEMA, it even a confirmed item for production. Once they realized the demand was there, said it would be Q1-Q2 but never commited to a date. They have commited, now to a March pricing announcement, and a mid April ship date. Hopefully there are no delays.

I understand. True, this is not an FI specific plenum. Just like, until recently, there were no turbo specific camshafts. But aftermarket NA camshafts worked very well on both NA and forced induction applications. In regards to the Cosworth heads, IMHO, they have very simliar flow rates to most of the ported heads on the market, that are offered by other vendors as FI ported heads.

I guess it's somewhat of a grey area. Plenums and plenums spacers from other companies, are intended to work on a wide variety of NA and FI applications...and they do a fairly good job at that.
