Default ProEFI March Madness Sale !

I have some new pricing that will be good up through the end of March. A lot of you have requested pricing on the 128 kits for the Z so I have included that also.

Pro128 ECU & harness: Sale Price $1999
Pro48 ECU & harness: Sale Price $1425

Some of you have asked for a less expensive alternative so we have developed the 48 Budget kit!! This includes the computer and flying lead harness. This means that you will have to cut and solder the wires. Not a real big deal if any of you have ever put in an AFC or similar unit.

Pro48 ECU & Flying lead harness Sale Price $1199

Optional Items

Wideband sensor for 128 kits: $150
Can Gauge for either kit (only 6 left at this price!!) $299
Can Cable $299
Flex Fuel sensor with -6 fittings $499
Boost control Solenoid with fittings $90
Boost control **** $30
Fuel pressor sensor $149
Exhaust back pressure sensor and fittings $165
Map sensor 5 bar $149

essentially the can gauge is 600$?

for 3,000$ that would be one heck of a kit
128, can, boost sol, map

Hopefully a few people get the 128 so there is alot more feedback! !

Nice! A lot of options too…could you give me an idea of what you’d typically advise someone with a similar setup to mine? I’ve got a PowerLab ST GT35R kit on my stock motor 6-speed G35 Coupe, just want to be sure of what I’ll need to order to get the car running nice and safe (I won’t be pushing more than 400 whp).

We usually use the 48 kits with a setup like yours. We also add boost control and a wideband.

Yes you will need some type of map sensor, Id suggest the 5 bar if you do not already own one. Some people already have some type of sensor from a previous system.

You only need the can cable if you want to tune it yourself.

For those going Forced Induction, you will need the MAP sensor, boost solenoid if you want the ProEFI to control boost, Boost **** or Flex Fuel sensor depending on what you want to use to control boost.

I can explain anything else on a personal case setup via pm, email, or my cell phone. There are so many options for this ecu that it's almost impossible to generalize!!

I-Boost referring to the ProEFI controlling the boost levels in the numerous ways that it can based on what the customer wants (hence, intelligent boost). We usually use an external dial **** to ease the process of changing boost levels even more.

Very interested in the Pro48 ECU with unterminated harness option..

I have a customer with a Sentra, that we installed a VQ35DE into, and we're looking for better control. It is going to be turbocharged, so, I think that this is a good option. I called and left you a message, Larry. Please get back with me when you have a minute.

Thanks,

Travis

where can I find a sumary of the full differences between the 48 and the 128 pin ECUs?

also, do you have a summary of the pro and cons of the PROEFI vs. the Haltech. I know they are both very capable units with fast processors. These are the only units that I'm interested in as they are end-user tunable.
thanks.

IMO, the main difference between the Haltech and the ProEFI is that the ProEFI has inputs and outputs that can be programmed based on any number of events (sensor conditions) that might occur. This is something the Haltech has been working on for well over 2 years now with still no ETA. I've worked with both software interfaces and the Haltech GUI is far more refined but ProEFI development in this area is ongoing and I'm looking forward to a release beyond the expired April 15th version. There is also no provision for the E85 sensor use as demonstrated for the ProEFI. There's very little access to E85 here in NC, so it's less of an incentive for me, but I really do like the failsafe functionality of the ProEFI. With the Haltech, I'm constantly looking at my gauges/PC display to monitor all the sensors.
