This car came to us orginally for diagnostic work, Andrew was disappointed with the power the car was making. He was told the car made 550rwhp (so he ordered custom plates to match that ) After doing a baseline dyno the car did not even make 350rwhp. So Andrew said "If my liscense plate says 545rwhp I need to have ATLEAST that". With that said we set forward feed his hunger for more power!

The car is in the break in process, our first tuning sesssion we were able to accomplish 520rwhp at 11psi. We made the wrong spring choice on these actuators so we had a hard time building more than 11psi of boost. Car will be back in a few weeks to change the springs and go for 600rwhp.

Enjoy the Pictures! We will be back after the car returns for new springs and tuning.

Dyno Chart of the car when it orginally came in:

Conservative 91 Octane Tune 11 PSI

Sam,

Which spring did you use before and which one did you switch to?
I assume you used the forge actuators.
Digging the GTM emblem!!

Thanks!

We installed the BLUE springs first, we did not want to run a high base boost of 15psi. Looks like we are going to have to install the RED ones. Typically if you want to accomplish a 14-15 psi base actuator boost setting then red springs will be the way to go, just make sure the preload is set correctly.

With a boost controller you will have the ability to go up to 20 psi.

Yes we did use Forge actuators.

Take care Jason,

Sam

Wow... nice work.

Insane money in that setup, there. I'm looking forward to seeing what it's really capable of. I'm hoping those APS turbos can deliver as they'll be the limiting factor it seems (assuming that the tranny holds up).

You guys are doing a lot of custom high end build products and this car seems to showcase them all. Got any more specs on those head studs? What's the compression on the 4.2l stroker and those pistons? More info on radiator shroud?

Absolutely beautiful car. One of the smoothest, highest hp 5AT dynos I've seen, and at only 11 psi is remarkable... Congrats to owner and GTM!

(I think the paired Greddy coolers look good - matches the engine bay scheme)
