Just a really unbelievable car you have there. I know you have been anciently awaiting for it to get done. Now, just go find that Porsche and make him feel extreme jealousy when you leave him in the wind? Good luck from here on out?

I don't want to get too off-topic, but I did some rough figuring and it seems the TB is at least one of the bottlenecks. I don't know the exact turbo specs, but a GT28 will flow a max of around 500-600cfm based on what I looked up. Multiply that times two turbos, and thats alot of air. Here is a rough chart that shows the max flow for a certain TB size:

65 MM - 664 CFM
70 MM - 787 CFM
70 MM - 896 CFM (Race version)
75 MM - 924 CFM
75 MM - 1045 CFM (Race version)
80 MM - 1142 CFM
85 MM - 1322 CFM
90 MM - 1369 CFM
105 MM - 1550 CFM

I don't know the exact cfm flow of the 350z TB, but I would say on high boost, the TB is definately maxed out. You could probably trim the rod and polish/bore the housing and pick up more whp. I know alot of the supra guys that make good power have 85mm, 90mm, and even 100mm TB's.

I think the next step would me the IM too. We need to see an intake manifold that is very short and has short runners to each cylinder, that share a common plenum.

I need to come see your shop one day Sharif, its not too far away...

well, we need an aftermarket FI specific manifold with twin throttle bodies. individual set up for each set of heads. like the TT guys do on v8's

At what pressure differential? What does this mean for what the TB can flow in the boosted engine?

Amazing setup - congrats to Eagletangreen and the ForgedPerformance crew!

I knew about the custom turbos and Greddy intercooler, but I didn't realize how much custom piping you were going to have to come up with. And bumping up to dual intake filters was a sweet idea too.

That new Cosworth plenum might just be the ticket to keep that flow rising above 6k on high boost? Does the A/F curve dip or rise or stay steady on high boost after 6k? Just wondering if fuel supply dipping out...

Congrats again - one awesome beast of a car!

EDIT: sorry if i missed it, but did you drop down to a 3.3 rear axle ratio or did you keep 3.5?

Just to clarify, the car is registered in CA, but Eagle has lived in NC for the past several years.

How does the FCON switch maps - can it do it on the fly at any rpm?

edit: nm, just found a document on the vpro - 4 different fuel/timing maps can be activated with a flip of a switch. I presume that's at any time. Was wondering how you'd get the jump on the 911 if you're cruising around at low boost but want to step it up asap - looks like no issue w/ the FCON

there are a few sub maps that you can change on the fly with the fcon.

the sub maps alter the main map.

what size turbos are those?? GT30Rs??

Just wondering why use the greddy intercooler as opposed to something like APS? The piping would be shorter, not sure if it benefit much but still. Looks like this would be a good canidate for the cosworth but still will be hindered by the stock tb (if it is even a bottleneck...)

Another question is there any real way to actually increasing the size of the tb? if im not mistaken doesnt the vpro give the ability to get rid of throttle by wire and just use any old throttle body?

sorry if im wrong on my info..

edit: i forgot to congratulate sharif and the forged team. Always seem to be turning out some sick cars and helping out to gather as much info for the community...

And since theres not as much drama in here (good thing) we should start **** with the supra forums... ahahah
