If I wasn't already so heavily invested into the innovate setup, I would seriously consider the new PLX gauges:

Running 15 psi on a 30psi sweep gauge FTL. I don't get what people mean by readability. I couldn't accurately read that thing from 2 feet away much less read it while going WOT on the 1/4mi. With a digital gauge you'll see boost, temp, afr's, and more down to the tenth of a unit in real time.

But hey, as long as your dash lights up like a christmas tree when you turn the key - it's all good.

Craig-your being way critical of normal guages, but thats your opinion. I can read my guage at 13psi without a problem. In fact I can go WOT, eat breakfast, tie my shoes and still see them fine Thats why it has the outter ring so you can set the boost level and quickly see the difference if any at all between it and the actual boost. For the $$$, Defi D series (discontinued) FTW-although the new blue one are nice, they dont match the Z's interior, mine match perfectly.

As far as boost gauges are concerned, there really is no need for them at this point. Both the HKS EVC and Blitz SBC have boost gauges, peak/warn, and logging abilities built in. I'm personally throwing out boost and ant other analog gauge altogether. No need for them anymore.

And as far as steak -- People on this forum would be eating steaming piles of dog crap if were a 50 page thread on how tasty it was.

I dont look down at my Blitz boost controller when driving, nor do I show it off, I turn it on when its time to hurt somebody's feelings, put it back in the center console and its out of my mind. Good luck with your digital stuff, different strokes for diff folks.

You running your mouth for no reason FTL. Im running 20 pounds. O NO ITS NOT THE MAX!!!1!! Argue about something that matters...ie not this. Its about personal preference. I like the gauges and thats why I bought them. Soon I might need a new gauge to read over 30 pounds, but I guess you wouldnt want to buy my defi one now would you?

Doug's setup is pretty baller. I personally would not run a boost gauge as well as the EVC , but I like minimal gauges and I'm not a baller .
