Default Forged Performance: Jeremy just got some new upgrades

It has been record busy for us, so not really getting as much time to post our projects. But with the new forum format, we're trying to get caught up!

Jeremy@Forged is our part time network administrator, and also helps out on the forums. Many of you have probably seen and recongnize his car from ZDAYZ and various FP events. Everyone knows that he keeps his car perfectly clean at all times....it doesnt even see rain.

We did his built motor project last summer. One thing Jermey wanted to do, was to upgrade to the FCON, 3 inch downpipes with dumps, larger injectors, and several other small things. We were happy to help out. He wanted the crisp throttle response, and smooth power delivery, that the FCON gives the driver. After his initial test drive, the expression on his face clearly showed that we delivered the goods.

Aside from our S1 Shortblock, the upper half of the engine is 100% stock. No cams, no headwork....all tuned on 93 octane.

Hope you guys enjoy the pics and dyno charts:

Gorgeous car and solid power on that DD dyno considering no cams. So I want to know how he convinced you to tune all the way up to 15.5psi on pump fuel! Working at Forged must have its privileges...

These exhaust flanges look beautiful. If you do such nice work then why were my flanges smeared with so much copper RTV they looked like frosted cupcakes? There has to be an entire tube of RTV on each exhaust flange.... Were they leaking maybe? You think? This is exactly what Bill the local grease monkey would have done down the block from me. He would have fixed an exhast leak for $.50. Instead I had to drive 560mi to Georgia for this.

His....

Mine...

Let's look at the tune...... Oh wait I can't Sharif locks all his customers UTEC's now with an access code and won't give it out so access to your own UTEC is denied. So let's look at the dyno graphs.

My dyno's with GTM cams..... 470whp

Jeremy's Dyno's without cams.....

Kinda leaves me pretty upset considering all the money I spent, the 4 months I didn't have the car and all the issues I have with my car now. You do nice work when you want to.

Enjoy the car Jeremy... it looks great and it has some nice power.

I am sure if you raised the boost a 1.5psi you should see the same results, also your UTEC might not have as good tunning resolution as the FCON, but what do I know, I dont tune..
