On the last video, as i'm passing the camera, you can actually hear the turbo. Thats pretty much how it sounds all the time.

Thanks Alberto. I'm not completely satisfied with the power curve either, but I had limited time for the tuning, and we didn't want to lose the little time I had switching out the AR housing. I am currently on vacation, and I dropped the car off at CIN before I left. Some changes are going to be made while I am gone, so hopefully it'll be making more power, and making it earlier in the RPMs. Updates will be posted later. Thanks for the support guys.
Oh, and on the Intake temps question, I don't know what temp become dangerous, but I remember Jeremy saying the on some of the supercharger cars, its not uncommon to see intake temps in the 200's.

haha I didn't wanna be the one to burst his bubble on the wing. The fact that it hooks up so well is because of how power comes on and the fact that he's running 295's in the rear i believe. With that being said most folks with twins pushing over 400whp basically have NO 1st or 2nd gear so I think this is a nice alternative for a street car which is what 99% of the cars on here are.
CIN 4 the WIN..... Umm WOW at the drama in this thread. Congrats on ur build and power. I talked to bobby before about me doing this but NO $ lol. And the Salad bar did look good on Dereks car idk about urs i need to see it in person oh and ride in it

Keep in mind, this is just with the initial set up. Bobby and I have talked about numerous ideas for future mods.

Do you mean a 47 compressor and 80 A/R housing? I'm sure what ever combo you can come up with would fit, however that combo would not be any good. the 47 is way too small and will top out, hp wise, very quickly, and the 80 A/R will take FOREVER for you to build any boost. Hope I understood what you were asking and answered it well.

BTW OP...great numbers. I for one did not think that you could get that much power from a setup like that. Shows you how much i know

sorry for the miss understanding, I don't know all the turbo names. that is definitely a sweet turbo, and i'm pretty sure it would fit. there is tons of room where the turbo mounts, perhaps I will talk to CIN about this one, or maybe bigger

Race would be over before you get to 3mph
It would take 3 days to get to 5psi on that STS rear system

On my second STS turbo, I spooled up to 8psi by 3400RPM.
You can go as big as you want on the Compressor side but if you don't hace the C.I.D.s or the RPM you will never bennefit from a bigger compressor. Now the Turbine housing A/R is what is important because that is hat will spool the compressor. Front mount or rear mount don't matter. You can actually spool a 1500hp turbo if you go small enough in the turbine side but you will never see the bennefit of so much power. There is a balance of motor to power. Notice how they say 2.5L to 10L and gives you a whole bunch of turbine housing options. That means you need to know your motor and goals!
