We would like to have at least one more get-together before the winter hits. This idea was proposed by Greg (whitetrack) and after talking to Gerald (350Zzzz) we've come up with an idea we think should be fun. Here are the details:

Date: Saturday, November 15th
Time: Approx. 11:00 AM
Location: XXTuning - 58A Maple St. Wethersfield, CT

Directions: From Route 91 South take Exit 25S (shop will be 1 mile up on the left.

Gerald will be having has procharged Z tuned and dynoed. Should be fun seeing what his power output will on the DynaPack.

We then will head out for a cruise and stop to eat somewhere.

Hope you can make it. Would love to see a bunch of Z's together again for one last time this year.

I will start a list of who will come so that we know how many will be there.

Vic, that didn't take long to get people on the list It doesn't take much to get people to get together with their cars, especially when there is a cruise in it.

 

Do you guys have any idea how long it would take to get to XX from Boston Mass?

 

I just did a mapquest direction and it calculated 103 miles (1 hour, 40 minutes) which is not too bad.

 

If I get my grille cam setup by then I'll see if I can make it down.

Yup, we are working for some super bargains for the group attending, from Avalon Racing, NH and XXTuning themselves.

Paul Gasparola has agreed to send down his chief mechanic for the day to oversee the dyno and tuning session of my beast. Jeff has successfully installed and tuned the ATI Pro-Charger on 8 Zees; he is a knowledgeable chap….an opportune time to obtain qualified, first-hand information on the ATI Pro-Charger.

We are also working on one other, surprise guest, another reputable and knowledgeable authority in the world of Zees.

These meets are addictive, once started there is no stopping....seriously, it would be nice to squeeze one more meet before we bundle up in the freezing weather.

I am there! A chance to see Geralds beast on a dyno? That might be the nail in my coffin in regards to buying a procharger/ I am smiling already Gerald.

I hope they will let me dyno my roadster as well. But I want to go B4 Gerald because how can I follow his beast on the dyno!

Paul, you can probably drive up with Gerald as he lives in Stamford.

Gerald, please pick a meeting spot and time where Paul can meet you. This would also be helpful in the event that there are other members that decide to come up from Southern CT/NY.

Also, we can have another meeting point at the Mobil gas station off Route 91 North:

From Route 91 North take Exit 21. Turn right at light, Mobil up ahead on the right

From Route 91 South take Exit 21. Mobil will be in front of you past the light.

We'll set up times as soon as Gerald has that confirmed with XXTuning.

Tim, glad you will join us. Since you're coming up from LI and Gerald is from Stamford, I will ask him to pick a convenient location for you and SixRB6 (and hopefully more NY/NJ members) to meet up at on your way north.

BTW, when are you getting your wheels installed. SixRB6 has a silverstone roadster with the gunmetal GT-7 and they look awesome. Wait to you see it in person.

Yo if you fools end up going on a cruise I'm all for it. I dunno if I can stand around and chat all day, but I'll tell you one thing I can do is stand around and drool over Gerald's supercharger all day.

 

A cruise is definitely in the works. If the weather is nice we'll take a ride down towards the beach and stop somewhere there to eat. I'll work on this.

Hey Vic! put me down as a maybe.. my old Maf burnt out and i just got a new one so i'm going to have to have my Z redynoed and tuned as well. I'll probably also be able to grab a couple others to start a NJ/NY caravan. How about adding which state the members are from so it's easy to see if we can go up in groups

 

Mike, we'd love to have your company and that of some of the other Jersey/NY members. Good idea about putting in parenthesis where people are coming from so that caravans can be arranged.

Are you going to have it retuned and dynoed at your place or at XXTuning? I know Gerald is working on getting a great price for doing dyno runs.
