check Ebay those things are going for about $200 so your price is more than fair...... broken Iphones are going for $100. The 2-yr contract price may be $50, but to actually buy the phone there still up in the $400-$500 range.

 

Go look on craigslist and you will see these still go for 200-300 so joes price seems pretty fair to me, if you don't wnt it then pass, eBay has then around the same also, regardless
