Yo any Z's in KS????
There is a great Z club based in Kansas City called Heart of America Z Car Club. Website is www.hazcc.com. Bini2 is a member and we have a member in Juction City with a nice Z31.
A lot of our guys autocross and/or attend track nights (the 1.9 mile road course) at Heartland Park Topeka. Bini2 has run his S2000 there. Great time.

Branson is 30 to 45 minutes south of Springfield. With the exception of about 10 miles, it's four lane all the way. Easy drive. Last year we had 100+ cars for the Saturday car show. Keep an eye on our website www.hazcc.com or www.bransonzfest.com for updates.
There will be probably at least 1 convoy headed down, depending on peoples schedules, etc.

As I mentioned above, keep an eye on our website for more info.
Also above is a link to our website and I'll also attach a link to our new website.
I've posted before, we're having a Super Bowl party at Tanner's on West 87th in Lenexa starting officially at 5 but there are sure to be early arrivals who will hang out in the parking lot beforehand.
Feel free to check us out.

There's nothing real soon. In March the SCCA is hosting a Road Rally. There will be people starting in Wichita and another group starting in Topeka. The finish line for all will be near Emporia. They say it's a 190 mile course. Look on www.kcrscca.org. Cost is $20 per car.
In April will be the Branson Z Fest in Branson, MO. Last year we had around 100 Z's show up. We had people drive in from Phoenix, New Jersey, Ontario, Canada, and Michigan for this. Huge fun and not too expensive. Hotel rate includes breakfast and 2 drinks at night. Check out www.bransonzfest.com.
Also, in April the Road Warrior program starts again at Heartland Park in Topeka. For $35 you get to drive several laps on the 1.9 miles road course. For rookies, a SCCA instructor must ride with you. When he thinks your ready you'll let you roll on your own. Pre-registering is STRONGLY encouraged. One night last summer several people were turned away at the gate. Darn near started a small riot. Go to www.hpt.com and click on "Road Course" for more details. Note the requirements like an approved helmet, etc.
The Road Warriors and SCCA Rallys are not races. The rally requires you to maintain a certain speed and time between checkpoints. Road Warriors restricts where you can pass on the course and other things. It's more to help you develop your driving skills. It is great fun.
