Default Speeding Ticket in TENN

My brother got yanked in Tenn doing 91 in a 70 on his way up to VA. Anyone know what you can do in that area to keep it off your record?

If you are out of state pay it quick and probably never make it to your insurance.

If he hasn't had a ticket in a few years he can go to court and ask the prosecutor to allow him to go to traffic school. They won't put it on his record if he is allowed to go. It's a win/win for them...all they really want is the money...he pays the ticket, court and traffic school fees.

Whether you live in state or out, if it was state trooper- have him pay it within 30 days and it will stay off your insurance record.

hahaha, whats up babes...i miss you, haven't seen you or talked to you in a long time. Miles is a biker boy now so i don't hang out with him that much, it's sad. He is riding around without insurance and doesn't even have a license for it(which he seems to think is responsible)...and this is also the first bike he has ever ridden aside from a 20inch huffy.

The ticket is really my little brothers, he was on his way to DC. And to make it worse...I have 3 Valentine 1's at my house and I'm only using one of them since my other two cars are not running and he didn't take one. I would have reminded him but i had to fly up to NYC before he left. O well, hopefully we can keep it off his record. Call me sometime, I'll be in town this weekend.

hey nick its miles. roz showed me you talkin trash :P haha I ran from the po the other night :P hahahah. My dad did the same. He is going to have to pay it because they will eventually track it down and mail you the ticket/warrant. My dad got a ticked in VA once when we were visiting the grandparents but didnt pay and a year or so later it got mailed to him.
