It was nice and relaxing. Occasions of fun. I went w/ my girl and there were many things she wouldn't do with me like karaoke. Cause she's shy and has some stage fright.
Had I gone w/ one of you guys I know it would have been a freakin blast, but all in all we had a great time. She was also sick the whole trip so I gotta defend her a little with that excuse.

1.)plenum spacer install(I couldve done that on my own but my afr wasnt right due to an intake pipe that came loose)
2.)Reconnect the passenger side intake pipe to turbo (PIA w/out a lift)
3.) Haltech Platinum setup (For some reason some software features were unaccessable, until this morning.)
4.) Retune and dyno this evening (I asked chris if we could raise the boost and try to achieve 400whp @ 7psi. I know guys reach this at 8, but I'm trying to be conservative.
Nothing to drastic, just a couple of things that I would rather not tamper with.

My afr wasnt right for awhile, and ive read bad things about the e-mange that came w/the kit. I've been wanting to get a haltech for awhile and I talked chris into selling me his.
In reality he seems like a good guy, never once has he tried to screw me over. The haltech had to be wired into his harness because there isnt a pnp available for the HR. He bought a 400 dollar cable just to sell me his haltech, so I pretty sure he lost a couple hundred out of that deal.
The car was supposed to have been dynoed last night but the people that rent out to him closed before his appointment. I think he's been in business for almost a year, so he def. values his customers and his rep. At one point he had offered any owner w/ a 370 to be FI at cost, no one stepped up...WTF right?
I wish that big name shops would remember how it was like to start off, and maybe then they'll value customers more. Some of the chett I read on here make me wonder how their still in business.

Just got off the phone with chris. Im settling for 375@ 6psi-ish... 400 is possible but its too risky... Longetivity wise. I need one step colder plugs and another tune tomorrow. Now it seems like thursday. Time flys, im leaving nxt sunday

I'm glad you're being conservative. My Z will always be my daily driver so if I ever came across $8k to spend and decided to boost I'd be conservative as well.

If I read right, one step colder is recommended for FI. stock replacement specs are recommended for NA or minor bolt-ons. I'll have an answer tonite afa spark plugs solving my problem. Every thing seems fine, even w/ 100+ weather she runs great (knocks on wood.)

I got my car back yesterday, the AFR looks good, even though my gains weren't that high, im satisfied. My injectors were 90% maxed out so there was room for more power but that would be pushing it. I didnt go to 550cc because of my time constraint. I would eventually need a fuel return system, regulator, fuel rails etc... Not this year. Im happy I finally ditched my e-manage for something more reliable and safe.
As I was leaving Chris was finishing up a stillen supercharged 370z. He said next week he's getting another one. I wish I wouldve taken pictures but I didnt want to considering chris might have an awesome write up soon...
