Default Newbie In Dying Need Of Help

ok so I am looking for a 05 blue enthusiast, went to the dealership and he told me invoice was 28k, i know that isnt true, they offered me 26800 so after taxes tags that stupid freight fee it would be 28800, I dont feel right about this, can someone please help me and send me in the right direction cause god knows I need it, also the specs other than the interior mods from enth to a touring, what are the extreme upgrades that would entice me to pay 4000 more? Please help the newbie out please

is that what I should look into paying for a car 88 percent of MSRP, anyways I found a used 04 touring for $26,500, it only has 7000 miles on it, what do you think about something like that?
