I want to do the VIR in Feb. but I don't know if I will have my wheels/tires yet from Japan. I know I don't feel like doing my first track event 424rwhp on stock wheels/tire sizes.

Is your boost adjustable? For your first track event... you need to turn the boost all the way down and run those stock wheels and tires... You'll learn SO much more, and you'll be much better prepared the next time you get on track and start turning the boost up.

Remember... you're not going for all out speed out there... its all about the corners - and the boost doesn't help you much there (relatively speaking). Plus... if you've still got stock brakes (even the brembos) you can't use all that power anyway or you'll run out of brake pads trying to slow down from those speeds (especially if its your first time as you'll have a bad tendancy to 'ride' this brakes).

The stock wheels/tires are MORE than adequate, and actually recommended for your first track event
