Nice!

Couldn't just be satisfied with a 'normal' Exige, could you? Had to go and spring for the GT-style bodykit while you were at it, and make the rest of us that much MORE jealous!

OK- back on topic. We need a place to meet on Saturday morning. I'm thinking the area around I-70 and Chambers Road, but I'm drawing a blank on a hotel or business parking lot in that area. Anyone have a suggestion?

darn threadjackers.

Usually Bob has every one meet at the diner parking lot in Byers. It's big enough and probably would be ok to car pool from there since there really isn't a lot of parking at the track site. The diner is on the north side of I-70 near the hotel and just before the market.

If you're coming from the springs and coming through denver then you may want to take e-470, then chambers and I-70 is too far west. If you do take e-470 then to save on toll, you can car pool as well before you hit the toll road.

From the diner to the track, tour and then back to the diner usually takes 1 1/2 to 2 hrs at the most.

Any thought to changing to the 4th so dave can get in on the tour? Bob wouldn't be able to make it, but I can lead the tour on sunday.

Darrel- I think a lot of the Z guys like to meet up BEFORE we make the trip to Byers. Then we drive to the diner and meet up with Bob. Since most of us will be in Zs and Gs, car-pooling would be limited. As for Saturday vs. Sunday, most people could make Saturday (including me), so that's why went with that day. Dave90tt will have to see the track when it gets built!

Hey David...........theres a Burger King at I-70 & Chambers with a big sign you can't miss. We could meet there if you wanted. I wouldn't think it would be all that busy at 9:30 in the morning.

If we do want to do that, for those coming from the south, I would bypass the tollway (use that saved money to buy me a beer) and use I-225 and come north to I-70. Then go 1 exit to the east.

I am one who would rather meet up beforehand then just meet out in Byers.

Perfect-thanks Brian!

What side of the intersection is that BK at? I'm with you- arrive a bit early, shoot the breeze and then do the drive to Byers as a group.

I live right in this area. I'll scout the area on Wednesday and see if the BK will work and also offer some other sites.

The toll cost from I-25 & E470 to I-70 is about $6.

BK will work. It's on the SE corner of the chambers exit. Right off the highway. 2 convienence stores on either side of chambers. Plenty of parking in the BK lot with easy access back onto the highway.

David, have you been keeping in contact with Bob? If not I can give him the number of people that are going on the tour. I'm pretty sure he still wants to meet up at the diner at 10am.

I'll likely drive my wife's Allroad to this, so we should be able to fit 4 or 5 of us in there for the drive out to the track from the meeting point, if that makes things any easier.

Alright, so we meet up at the BK on Saturday @ 9:30, then head off to the diner and then to the track? Is this the plan, or are we meeting earlier at BK to shoot the breeze and get some breakfast, then head out to meet at the diner around 10?

Aaron, I'll carpool up there with you for sure. We should meet someplace and go up there. You're up in Gleneagle/Monument area, right?

By the airport, a little north of Rob's house.

So anywhere off I25 or Powers works for me.

Also I blame Bamyi for dragging me off topic... >_>;
