Was one of the window grease deal by any chance?

I took mine back to West Valley Nissan, but they didn't fix the problem.

Go to Brown and Brown in Mesa they only charge $45 for things like synthtic while Scottsdale charges $65. I like them so far. Although if you go to Scottsdale talk to Juan.

I have had my car serviced at Scottesdale since it was bought. I will say that they have taken care of everyproblem I have had without question. They took care of the window, gave me 2 new tires for the feathering, and did the warranty work for the pulling to the right. My service man is Juan and I can't say enough about him getting my Z fixed when it needed it.

I'd stay away from ABC Nissan if you're going to be paying for work. I had taken my car there to get my windows fixed and they forgot to put the left window back on the motor. I've since had it repaired, but it's never operated the same.

I also had taken my car to them for an oil leakage problem. They diagnosed it as a faulty dipstick. Well, I tested my car out and I didn't see any oil spurting from the dipstick reservoir, and I later saw that it was coming from the intake (I have to buy one of those catch cans).

Thanks for the advice, I ended up taking it to Scottsdale and was very satisfied. I made mention to my service rep that the shop was much nicer (in attitude) than ABC and the guy standing next to me chimed in that he agreed! We both live within blocks of ABC, but would rather drive across town to deal with Scottsdale.

Mike Rios is great yet too busy. Just see any of them. They do excellent work and are a class act. I know them all -- had a few issues with my Z and they worked them all out.

Ha, you guys think ABC is bad? At least you don't have to live with the numb skulls down here at Thoroughbred in Tucson. I had some TSB suspension work done, and for some reason they forgot to completely connect the skid plates back on, so the first time I go flying down the freeway in Marana the front part of the skid plate catches the wind and starts dragging the ground, making a horrible noise. I eventually made it back to Tucson and got the car back to Thoroughbred. The service manager tried to say that I must have bottomed out the car and screwed it up, but when the car went up on the jacks, it was obvious that the dip-ish mechanic forgot to put the two front bolts back in.

Later!

I brought my car to Mike Rois of pinnacle nissan scottsdale for warrenty work. I made it clear with him that I did not want my car to be washed I said it to him like 2 times at least!! Well when i went to go get my car i notice it is washed and ask him why he washed it..... he said they dont let cars leave dirty......so while I am there I am looking over my car and see my right front rim is curbed and dented all around!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to fight and fight to try to get them to pay for it because no one would fess up to messing up my rim!! I ended up having to pay $75 for a new rim!!!! THAT THEY MESSED UP!!!!!! I will never bring my car to that dealership again!!!! My freind also worked their about a year ago and would always tell me stories of how they have messed a lot of cars up!!!!!
