Our local board, the Colorado Nissan Owners Club, appears to have ceased operation after a decade of operation. Any former CONOC members here? While CONOC has been slowly fading for some time, it still seemed to spark every now and then. Anybody hear the full story on what happened? I'll miss the members and the connections CONOC provided...

Wish I knew anything more. Seems like a waste to spend years building a site and then just shut it down without any notice. But I was never officially a mod or involved in the operation of CONOC, so your guess is as good as mine.

Yeah- I think he was the original owner (sorry- can't remember his name either), but hasn't been around in years. Does anyone else know of any local, Denver-area, boards that might shed any light on CONOC's demise? I tried Rocky Mountain Imports.com but they look like they went under before CONOC did.
That's a bummer to hear DK,
Remember cruising with the CONOC peeps a long time ago. Even my old time board HAI (HighAltitudeImports.com) has been barely floating. Although living in NM now, it's more like racingsouthwest board or something along those lines as been detached from the CO crowd for a couple of years now.
Hope you guys can transition to another local board - if so post which one

Good to hear from you, Juztin. Haven't found any other local automotive boards to use, so maybe this SW forum will have to suffice for now.
