I work for Bang & Olufsen.
Just bought 3rd home. I buy homes with almost no money down and rent them out so I don't pay for 2 of my homes at all.

The one in Mesa went up almost 50K in 7 months!

I got one roommate (JoAnn) in it but Im looking for one more.
