The guy was better off committing suicide, now he has to have the State to formly give him the death penalty.

Either way, the outcome wasn't good.

There is a difference.. in California..

Pre Meditation is the issue. And he was not in a sane mind.

Now, I usually allign myself with Christian viewpoints as far as capital punishment is concerned. However, as much as I may have to repent, I say he deserves the chair!

If I had seen him do that I would have pushed his stupid #ss onto the train tracks! Funny how idiots like that manage to live while innocent people died.

id say they need sensors for this if it happened more often. instead, i think this comes down to education, if he was smart he would have chosen a way to kill himself and NOT other people.

In a previous post I was saying that the Sanity of the Perp was one issue.

After more information was on the news.. He said he was going to do this.. It appears it was Pre-Meditated.

To lock him up in an Asylum for life..

Perhaps a Death Penalty may be kinder punishment.

Not when the jury votes to tie him up on that same railroad track. Wouldn't that be ironic? But seriously, it might just be kinder assuming that he probably did not expect that type of chain reaction (*dumb), which means that now he has to live with all the guilt on top of his depression.
