Ok, I did a search and didn't find any other posts regarding this, so, I hope this is not a re-post.

Is anyone going or interested of running/attending this month's StreetLegal Drag Racing at California Speedway?

If so, I was hoping a bunch of us Z'rs can meet and roll in together.

Here's the info if you're interested:
03/26/05 1/4 drag racing
If you're running, gates open at 12pm
$10.00 to get in + $10 for a tech card = $20.00 to run

Beign that this event gets sold out quickly, it is always advisable to meet and roll in way be the 12pm entry time. If there's enough interest, I'll gladly post a time and meeting spot, if there's none already.

I didn't post this time around. I figured the 3/26 day would be crowded like January. The April 9th day should be ideal, most of the time its less crowded on the 2nd week follow up.

I should be there around 12pm, but chances are, I'm not running that day. I'll be the cheerleader.

 

Yeah, I'm sure it'll be crowded also. But then again, being that it's later than last time, we have plenty more time to show up extra early.

I haven't ran my car in a while, so I'm looking forward to this day. There might be other Z's out there this time around...... HOPEFULLY.

 

Isnt there one this weekend also?

 

This weekend is a special event for muscle cars. It's a Spring Break Shoot out. If you want to run this weekend, you'll have to go to AZ for the Nissan Natn'ls

 

Is there a min. age for this, I know some tracks you have to be 18.

 

Theres already a bunch of us doing a dyno day on th 26th.

Yes, I knew that but I was just making the thread starter aware of the other event that day.

 

There is a 50-50 chance ill be at the track that day in my bone stock Z which will change in about 3-4 mos max

 

Yeah, I knew about the dyno also. Doesn't mean everyone has to go to one event only, figured I throw a reminder about the track also.

 

Sooo, no one else wants to run their car????? Assuming it doesn't rain.
