Also have the Hawks, got them from Greg at GSC (if that's not enough info I can probably dig up the URL to a thread (they are members here).

I used to have the Hawk HPS which had very little dust which I loved...but after a few months, they got annoying squeeks often when I slowed to a stop (pads no where near used up).

So, just for the heck of it I decided to try the Hawk Performance Ceramic, same very little dust...but they too have often started squeeking when slowing to a stop...but at least they squeek when going from 15-5 mph while the HPS squeeked during the last 5-0 mph which was really annoying as the tire feathering noise doesn't drown it at that slow a speed ;-)

As for braking power, I guess I'm not sensative enough to feel the difference between OEM and the two Hawk versions I have tried...all seemed to work just fine for my purposes.
