Default Recommendations for 19" cross-rotate? balance? San Diego?

Hey guys...

I'm running symmetrical treaded Toyo T1-S tires on 19" volks and I wanted to cross rotate the front tires so the less worned outside is swapped to the inside. (Refer to: Jason@performance tire swap stickie).

I wanted to know if any of you San Diego guys can recommend a reputable place that is perfectly fine with swapping 19" tires in general.

Where do you guys go to get tires put on your 19" plus wheels? Prices?

Alot of places won't do 17 + wheels or will damage them so I'm a little concerned. Thanks in advance.

Tuan

Tuan,

Go to Certified Tire (GoodYear) in El Cajon. It is right off of Johnson street across from the Mall. Talk with Paul the Manager and tell him John with the TT 350Z sent you. He will hook it up for you.

I know where that good year shop is, El cajon is quite a ways away from North County. Thanks USN HM.

I've driven past AJ-USA a few times before I think. Right next to the LA Fitness in Mira Mesa right?

Miaplaya, Where is Spy Engineering? I've never heard of it before.

For the archive "search record"...

I went to Spy Engineering in Sorrento....aka B+G suspension.
(Since it was the closest place to where I live off the 805...with AJ-USA being further down Mira Mesa blvd.)

Anyone needs wheel swapping or anything, the guy's name is "Derek".

Good guy to work with, straight forward, knew exactly what you wanted and what tires work with what wheels. Apparently they specialize in high-end wheels and tires and have the equipment to do the reverse lip dismount.

Wheels were immaculate.

Thanks for the heads up MIAPLAYA.

keep in mind...

some places wont do this unless you have a good amount of tread left on the inside, so do not wait for ever to do this...
