There's a few of us who work in Irvine and surrounding cities but don't live there. On Wednesdays we usually have 3 or 4 of us meet at Corner Bakery around 11:45 for lunch and enjoy the eye candy. Your more than welcome to join us if you want.

I live in Villa Park.

I drive through Irvine in my 350Z a lot, though. On the 5 freeway to Lake Forest, usually.

Which Corner Bakery do you guys go to? The one at the Tustin Marketplace?
If so, it's pretty close to my work.

Default Kind of...

I live in Santa Clarita, but work in Irvine. Its 160 miles round trip, 4 days a week...I drive my Z a couple of times a week to work, but not every day. You would see it around Alton and the Spectrum...next time I drive it, maybe I'll see you guys at the Corner Bakery.

why do you drive that much each day???? Man, I'd move closer or find another job! That's as crazy as a guy I know who rides his bike to work in Fullerton from San Diego each day.

As for Irvine, I'm living in Santa Ana but drive around Irvine often. I have a PPW Z with silver SF-Challenge rims with Oregon plates (until next week) and I recently got a Nismo style front bumper. I might be working in Irvine soon and if I do, I'll try to stop by corner bakery even though I'm sick of that place!

I put mine on immediately. Cars with paper plates seem to be a target for vandals/haters regardless of make/model.

I hate power irvine they are the reason I have holes on my front bumper...

Didn't realize there were that many Z members in the Irvine area. I live in Irvine and work in Lake Forest and seeing Z's are one in every 50 and even those people are not enthusiasts. I might have to hit up the corner bakery for lunch sometimes.

My salesman was pretty cool. I came from a 240sx and he has a pretty crazy drift silvia. He knew I wouldn't want the holes on my front bumper and just handed me the hardware unmounted without me having to ask him.

But I don't wanna leave that this is still a new car feeling =/ and i guess if somehow i misjudge a yellow and get caught on a intersection camera or something.

Keep the paper plates as long as you can. Free rides on the tollroads, no photo tickets.

It was keith, but its not a SilEighty. its a coupe with silvia conversion, not a hatch with silvia conversion.

But you are ****ed if a theres a cop there....I see them stalking at the toll plaza pretty frequently. I actually got a ticket once for not having my transponder affixed to my windshield (the cop watched me hold it up at the toll booth).
