im not sure if this is right..but if i have lets say..chrome rims..or a diff color..they can be powder coated to be black right? or any other color? correct? how much does this cost normally..and how does it look? also any1 know a good place in socal OC/Irvine area? thaanks.

You can try Gemtech, they do excellent job, they even work on cars from the TV show Overhaulin'. Here is a pix of my wheels they work on, it was black they power coated silver.
