Default I need a new job....

Well to start this off, does anyone know or have connection to a company that mainly does graphic designing work? I got a job offering over at Napster but Los Angeles is a far drive to commute for.

Lately, my current job haven't been giving me any projects and i hate just sitting here in the office with nothing to do. As much as it sounds sweet not being able to do anything and get paid for it.. it becomes very stressful because I start to worry about my securities with the company. Also, importantly, I like to stay busy and productive.

Right now I'm a full time software engineer that does back-end support for our clients. I was doing marketing.. making graphical work such as logos, websites, presentations, and booth management for conventions. The company was real satisfied with my work that they didn't believe there would be anymore room for improvement. So i got bumped down to software development with absolutely nothing to do now.

My main passion has always been graphic/web designing and I would love to go back into that kind of work again. I have a portfolio that i can provide my background in CSS, DNN, PHP, HTML, ASP, ASC, Flash, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Freehand.

Thanks guys,
Ryan

About a month ago Nextel/Sprint offered me a web dev job in Irvine off Jamboree. I can put you in touch with the headhunter that set that up if you're interested. It was mostly ASP work but who knows what they're up to now.

I can advise one company where you can apply for a visa and, if necessary, extend it. This is a https://tnvisaexpert.com/overview/tn-visa-requirements/ This is a proven company. I got a visa and extended it to work in the USA. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I am satisfied with the result, and now I earn myself a ticket to some resort, but I get great pleasure from work.
