Hello

my older smarter wiser med school sis lives in pasadena.. she lives in a studio apartment and pays about 900 a month. Her apartment building is pretty clean and secure and located about 1 exit from fair oaks avenue off the 110 freeway.

I grew up around pasadena.. great area to work and play in.

I'll post up the address and name of her apartment building whenever I getta hold of her.

good luck searching around, there are good deals to be had in Pasadena.

Im in pasadena and rent a 1100 ft 1 bed condo for 1450. Its in a great area has a secured garage and you can pretty much walk everywhere. Im out of it by the end of april. My landlord is a lazy turd but I think he wants to rent it out again when I move.

Ever think about Eagle Rock? Only 5 minutes away from Pasadena, but much cheaper. I pay $900 for a one bedroom...also has secure underground/gated parking. Perfect for the car.

pasadena is definitely not cheap. 1400 is actually pretty much the norm
