I had a 600 hp supra... it ran 10's all day... add double the power and you tell me what would happen.. 1300 hp.... that car is bad.... but every one knows what it takes to get 1300 hp.... i would be willing to put money that was a 3.5 litre bored out stroker motor with a horn turbo ... and running nos..... for him to leave that g 35 like that with 420 hp.... .. I WANT A RIDE IN THAT CAR....... PLEASE>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

the supra and the Z are in 2 different classes, the Z is an all around sporty car with appropriate NA power and handling and the other is a straight away or wangan car....
i had a supra and it didnt handle or turn worths sh*t i even hydroplaned w/ 2 360's in the rain God saved me that day because it was 7pm in the rain in so. cal rush hour on the 2 FWY and the car and i came out unscratched
but c'mon 1300 yeah thats fast but whats really approriate needed power you cant daily drive a 1300 Supra let alone take it on a track besides a drag strip or a highway battle, he might whoop my Z on the freeway but ill make a fool out of him on a road race track ....
i feel ideal streetable useful power is between the 350-under 500 hp range, something like a 700hp car on track you would need Tarzan Yamada to drive it because i dont know who else could handle that much power on a course
i have mad respect for Supras but i fell in love with the power, handling and engineering of the Z, the Supra will always be a timeless and respected japanese muscle car that always stuck up for the little sport compact imports that got punked back in the day by domestics and exotics before the new wave of japanese muscle spawned again - 350z, evo, STi etc....
