planning on buying my first Z...need advice on how to get a GREAT deal...
so im looking to buy a Z(as soon as i sell my 240sx...anyone interested? )05-06 black base or enthusiast...i have found a few that i am interested in. one is an 05, dont know if its a base or enthusiast because the dealer doesnt specify. list price is $21,975 and it has 26K miles on it...the other is an 05 performance with 16K miles and the list price is $24,000...the last one is an 06 unspecified model with 15K miles and the list price is $25,000. what should i be expecting to pay out the door including taxes, fees, etc? how much should i be offering under the sticker price on each individual car? dont know if this will help but i am in socal (noticed that z's sell for a lot cheaper in some other places). any help will be appreciated.

Why not look for a private sale car, you can usually find some decent ones out here with some nice wheels and some basic mods and get it cheaper.
Use KBB and see what it should go for, but chose the lowest "poor condition"..I'd say an 04-05 should be had for about 20K or less depending on how hard you want to look.

First off. Realize that the dealer is out to do nothing but screw you. Few "check things" out when the buy or sell used cars. Also realize that warranties are transferable so you can buy a used car and that owner transfers the balance of the warranty to you, and you can also purchase extended warranties from a variety of people.
And since you're looking used, you probably going to get a better rate through a bank, which means they won't have a problem financing the balance if you're putting your 10k down.
