Default F#$%ing Red Light Photo Enforce Tickets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I just got a 420.00 present in the mail! It was a photo enforce ticket showing me running a red light on the corner of AMAR and Temple Ave in front of MT SAC.

Is there anyway to fight this....I can't afford this costly ticket right now.

Any suggestions please...has any of you tried to fight this for any situation? I am freaking pissed off right now..

you can afford a Z sure you can afford the ticket. J/K.
What you get is a bail amount not the actual fine. you need to show up in court and said "guity" to the judge for getting the actual fine. It's usually 1/3 of the actual ticket. (you don't need to make appointment, every court opens for this usually in the morning)

You can not fight this. They even have the video of your infraction at local PD.

Good luck.

Those are B.S tickets. I would take it to court and plea "not guilt". I got one too I plead "not guilt" I won my case, but that may have been due to the red light ticket being screwed up. I would take my chances by fighting it in court, but that is just me. Oh and don't get discouraged by what others say, because I bet most of them never attempted to fight one. And just because you can afford a nice car don't mean you have to get screwed by every greed money machine.

I used to live in Walnut and there use to be alot of police on that road looking for anything speeding..etc. Now they got the red light box on intersections' there. Man that sucks, my only suggestion is maybe take off front plate. I know though in SoCal police f@#$ with people that have no plates on front especially if you drive a Z.

I read a website about this once. Someone was challenging all of the tickets on some obscure grounds and finally got Sacramento (I think) to get rid of the cameras altogether. I don't remember what it was. Look on google though, I'm sure there is something.

yeah my friend got an actual ticket for running a red light (pulled over). his amount was 300 something. i dont think you should worry about the $420, you should worry about your insurance going up.

some people don't understand. When you get a traffic ticket, local court sends you BAIL amount, not the actual fine. If you paid for bail amount, you don't have to show up in court. If you had time, go to court and plead guity. The judge will give you the actual fine amount which is about 1/3 of the bail

what a burn, something about a fully automated ticket that i just can't accept.

a while back when i still had my 240. i was at a stop on amar/temple and grand, the light turns green and i go, next thing i see is two flashes. first thought in my head, "oOo Fu*k" but then i remembered that i have no front plates.

Yup, u cant even run a yellow in front of Mt Sac...the new cameras got my sister running a red but paid $360.

Suck to say but there is no way to fight this unless someone has a good arguement that can prove otherwise...the mail u received should have several photos of your face, rear license plate and overall view of your car before the red light and another pic of your car running through it....just pay and be careful next time....

I had an absurd fix it ticket for $1083 like 2 months ago. I went to court and it was $10.

I'd just goto court, like everyone else said.

Take off your plates. The ticket for no plates is only $10 fix it ticket and you get to run all the red lights and free toll roads you like
