I don't mind driving abit to get it done today(sUNdAY) though....
I don't think Status is open on Sundays, but you can call and check. They're located in Hermosa Beach.
Since you're in DB, you may also want to check out TWS (The Wheel Supply?). They're located in Walnut on Fairway (between Valley Blvd and the 60 freeways....between the 2 railroad crossings). I haven't dealt with them before, but I hear they do a good job too and work with a lot of Euro cars. So mounting/balancing shouldn't be an issue. Plus it'll save you the 45 minute drive out to Status.

Any other choices around here for today? I'm thinking to try the one on colima heading to nogales street. Its the Goodyear tire store.......
Few pics of my rims. https://my350z.com/forum/media-share/286740-3-months-wait-revealed.html
I just looked at the link you provided, and it looks like you don't have the tires yet. Honestly, in that case I would probably wait until tomorrow if you can. I think you can get Toyo's for around $900 or so (including mounting/balancing) from Status. Go with either 255/35/19 and 275/35/19 or 255/35/19 and 285/35/19. With the latter setup, you're probably going to have to either roll or shave your fenders.
