Pressure plate, clutch disc, flywheel(optional, you can use your stock one but get it resurfaced), pilot bearing, throw out bearing, alignment tool, new flywheel bolts(some have used old ones but i rather buy new)

The pressure plate comes with the clutch kit.

Superblack is correct regarding the parts you need. It really depends if you want to go aftermarket or not.

Erik I can recommend a shop in Westminster for the install. The shop has swapped my motor with tranny for my Z and also the new clutch. The shop does top notch work and I highly recommend them.

Japanese Engine Racing Deveopment

Ask for Lin
Some of the cars he has worked on besides mine is a 280Z with a RB26. He does some excellent and fast work also. If you call him tell him Ed from Turbonetics reffered you.

How did you wear out your clutch already. I've read posts stating that you don't drive hard, so if that's the case, you may have a tendency to ride the clutch. If this is the culprit and you're able to correct this habit, your next clutch should last a good deal longer.

Eric get JWT clutch/flywheel combo. It'll actually cost you less than buying a new OEM clutch/flywheel.
Stock clutch is piece of sh*t IMHO. I can't stand its long *** travel and engagement point.
Also with stock flywheel the car revs up and down like a turtle.

Only 110k! I'd say it had a good run for it's money.
