I found this on ebay, should give you an idea on how low dealers can go on their 07 Bases. Hope that helps.

if you can get a blank check from a bank with you when you enter the dealership, you'll have a better chance of getting the best deal. you'll be treated as a cash customer/buyer. less hassle for you since you won't have to rely on them to find you a bank that'll finance you. only agree to let them finance you if they can get you a bank to give you a better rate than what you have in hand. ask to see the dealer invoice(what they paid for the car), and see if you're really getting a good deal. i got mine $500 below invoice including tax and license out the door, believe it or not.
also, even if this is an internet quote, and it's the weekend, you can still contact the internet sales fleet rep over the phone with other dealerships and tell them what kind of deal you have in hand. they will usually beat or match what you have depending on their sales volume. make sure to tell them that you'll only drive to see them if they can promise to give the same or a better deal. if you're in the la area, go to a high volume dealer like universal nissan, sage nissan(glendale) or west covina nissan(same owner). if they see that the deal you have is a good one and they see that you're ready to buy, they'll be better off giving you the same deal or better and sell you the car to add to their numbers than give the sale to another dealership. these people know they can get back whatever they're losing to you from another naive sucker that'll walk in their showroom.
