well since your going to the 15, you should all meet up at the In n Out in Temecula. Its about 15 mins from the where the 74 drops you off in Lake Elsinore. There is a In n Out in Lake Elsinore but the parking lot it very small, so I would suggest the Temecula one because it has a much larger parking lot.

As I stated in your previous thread on this cruise, I just ran the 74 all of the way from San Juan Capistrano to Palm Desert on Veterans Day. The stretch in between the 15 until you're outside of Hemit is boring as hell. The ultimate epic route would be the Ortega to the 15N to the 10E to the 243S to the 74E ending up in Palm Desert.

On a precautionary note, because of the time of year that you're planning this, you may run into ice and or snow and areas where chains may be required.

Two problems.... Way too long!!! I know this is a 200+ mile cruise, but i want to spend as little time as possible with the roads, and more time in the canyons.
And which area has snow? Do not say the 243!!!.... No snow... period.

In-and-Out is not an option... sorry. It opens at 10:30, and by then, i hope to be half way to the next canyon stage. Remember, we need a place to eat breakfast. There is a "Honey's" right on our route, and there are many places to eat right off the 74... The parking lot with the Farmer Boy's is pretty large, and it's an easy place to locate (for all those who want to eat somewhere else).

^^I didnt realize you were coming through the area that early. Still sounds like a lot of fun. Sucks I wont be back to partake in it.
