i just got 2 calls in a row today from the guy that took frank's spot. picked it up the first time (i honestly thought it was quan calling) and hung up right when i heard it was a recording and got another call like 5 seconds later. didn't pick up and got a lovely little voice mail.

can you guys take me off the list too?

I'm not fond of that Reubon guy....with his personality they should move him to the sales department and have Jeff run the service and parts department! :-D

Sorry About That Guys, Normally When You Guys Come In And Work With Me I Will Ask For The Best # To Call You Guys At But I Always Put It In A Different Section So Your # Does Not Get Released To The Dark Side Of The Force ( or i hand write it on the paper work ) . When You Guys Come In From Now On, Double Check Your Personal Info With The Service Writers And Make Any Changes If Need Be. How Ever If You Have To Drop Off Your Car Have Any Of The Advisors Hand Write Your Cell # On The Invoice/hard Copy So That It Does Not Stay In The Database To Avoid This Problem. I Went Through The Same Thing At Infiniti And That Was The Only Way I Can Prevent These Things. Keep In Mind There Is Also A Section In The Computor For A Cell # . Do Not Ever Have Any # Put In That Section. That Is The First # They Go To. Pm Me Your Full Name In Our Service System And Let Me Know What # You Wish For Me To Delete. Do Not Provide Me The # Just Tell Me If It Came Up Under Residence Bussiness Or Cell . And I Will Take Care Of It From The Service Stand Point.
