Default Wheel repairs?

Any shops in San Diego or within an hour of SD that can refinish wheels? My brother curbed two of my Volks and I want them refinished and polished.

Bolton's Classic Wheels in Torrance. They charge $45 for the same job Tru Wheels does for $200.
I've sent quite a few guys there and they were extreamly happy with the results!

What kind of finishes do they offer? Can they anodize wheels?

They can of course fix curb rash and repolish the lip, dunno about the anodizing wheels. Just give them a call and see if they do it.
