Anyone know of a good deal for an oil change in either N. County San Diego (escondido) or Mira Mesa?

My wife got a quote from Pep Boys. Something just doesn't feel right about taking my car to Pep Boys....

 

I dunno if this is helpful or not but I get my oil changed at the Shell station in Carmel Valley, the one off the 56. My car hasn't blown up yet... $30 for regular; $60 synthetic.

I would avoid places in Miramar... although Evans Tire says they've worked on a famous doctor's Z before...

 

If it's a Nissan and if you don't mind going south a little further, try the Nissan Dealership in Kearny Mesa...

 

or just buy me a 6 pack and I will change it for you.

 

need to find a place for oil change pretty soon too... any good places?

 

If you don't want to do it yourself Mossy Nissan in Oceanside has a deal 3 oil changes for $39

They have a lounge and wi-fi so you can chill.

She got impatient and took it to Pep Boys. It was $54 (or thereabouts).

 

Good deal... I'll have to check if the dealer in Escondido has a similar deal.
